For SMS and communication channels with pricing in rubles– Russian Rubles
For Viber tariffs – EUR. The ruble equivalent of payments is calculated based on the official exchange rate of the ruble against EUR set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of payment.

For WhatsApp tariffs – USD. The ruble equivalent of payments is calculated based on the official exchange rate of the ruble against USD set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of payment.

Payment terms of the contract:

Monthly, 100% post-payment, within - 50 CD from the moment of signing the act of rendering services by both parties

Comments:
The participant must fill out and send to the e-mail konkurs@x5.ru and upload to the B2B Center electronic platform (http://www.b2b-center.ru ) all documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements of [05 Qualification Requirements TC5 and TLC (3).xlsx], [05 Qualification requirements 5POST (3).xlsx], [05 Qualification requirements X5ID (3).xlsx]

• Lots and total demand are indivisible
• It is not allowed to submit proposals for individual lots or for individual components of lots
• The participant must submit an offer for all lots by filling out the form [06 Form KP LOT1-4 TS5 TLC 5POST X5ID TLC (3).xlsx] and indicating the total cost on the site

Questions within the framework of the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted until 12:00 (Moscow time) on February 09, 2023 by e-mail Konkurs@x5.ru , as well as in the "Explanations" section on the B2B-Center electronic platform (http://www.b2b-center.ru ).

The quantity of goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity specified in the procurement documentation is indicative and represents the volume that can be selected / not selected / exceeded by X5 Group during the term of the contract concluded with the winner of the procurement procedure. The number of purchased goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity may be reduced unilaterally by X5 Group, including after selecting the winner and concluding a contract with him.
The request for prices and offers is not an auction and the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation do not apply to it. X5 Group is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all received applications.
Participants should be aware of this circumstance and take it into account when submitting their applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
