Comments:
Member of 17:00 Moscow time "03" in December 2019 must fill out and load all the documents listed in item 6 RFP.

The participants can apply for one or more lots.

Issues under the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted till 17:00 (Moscow time) "02" December 2019 (questions can be sent by e-mail. Mail konkurs@x5.ru, and also placed on e-mail. Site in the section "Explanations" ). Any questions concerning the bidding procedure shall be submitted by the bidders in writing.

In case of refusal to participate in the procedure be sure to inform, stating the reason, up to 17:00 (Moscow time) "03" in December 2019 to address Konkurs@x5.ru.
