Payment terms:prices are specified in RUSSIAN rubles without VAT.

Order of Payment: Monthly 100% post-payment, deferred payment-not less than 30 banking days from the date of the provision of S/F, consignment note, UPD (provided the executor to the customer originals correctly issued primary accounting documents).
Payment is made by cashless transfer of funds to the account of the supplier.
The date of the buyer's fulfillment of the obligation to pay is considered to be the day of withdrawal from the bank account.

The prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period not less than 1 year from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Delivery terms:detailed technical requirements and requirements are given in the annexes to the procurement documentation [03 specification], [05 form KP], which are its integral part.

The planned volume is specified in the file [04 form KP. xlsx]. The planned volume can be changed both in large and in a smaller way.

The provision of certification services should be made in the locations of Moscow and the Moscow region.

Comments:
the participant can apply for participation on one, several or all lots.
In this case, participants must submit proposals for all positions in the selected lots according to the file [05 form KP. xlsx].

For participation it is necessary to fill and attach to the application till 15:00 on MSK "17" of May 2019 all documents, listed in paragraph 6 of the present RFP, and also the documents confirming conformity to requirements [04 qualifying requirements. xlsx].

All documents must contain the name of the document.

Please, note! Participants who did not send the full package of documents through the "B2B-Center" system or submitted documents not duly completed, as well as participants who do not conform to at least one of the criteria given in the Annex [04 Qualification requirements. xlsx], are not allowed to the 2nd stage of the procedure and in the further selection are not involved.
