A participant can apply for participation in one, several or all lots.
In this case, participants must submit proposals for all positions in the selected lots according to the file [05 Form KP.xlsx].
To participate, you must fill out and attach to your application by 10:00 UTC October 21, 2019 all the documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements [04 Qualification requirements.xlsx].
All documents must contain the name of the document.
Please, note! Participants who did not send a full package of documents through the B2B-Center system or sent documents that were not filled out properly, as well as participants who do not meet at least one of the criteria given in the appendix [04 Qualification Requirements.xlsx], are not allowed to 2 -th stage of the procedure and in the further selection are not involved.
Questions within the procedure are accepted until 16:00 (Moscow time) 10/19/2019 (questions can be sent through the B2B-Center system (www.b2b-center.ru), as well as sent by e-mail to Konkurs @ x5.ru).
