Comments:
- JSC "NSPK" reserves the right to choose the Main Supplier and the Backup Supplier. A framework agreement for 3 years will be concluded with the main supplier.
- During the period of validity of the commercial offer, a request for the conclusion of a framework agreement may be sent to the Reserve Supplier.
- The validity period of Commercial Offers should not be less than 36 months from the date of summing up.
- The Bidder's compliance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference and Bid documentation is mandatory.
- Availability of a license of the FSB of Russia for the provision of works/services as part of the licensed type of activity, in accordance with Part 2 of Article 12 of the Federal Law "On Licensing of Certain Types of Activities" in relation to encryption (cryptographic) tools, which are an annex to the regulation approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 16, 2012 No. 313 (blocking requirement);
- Fixing the cost for the duration of the contract;
- According to the Contract, single rates of maintenance and maintenance of AK will be fixed, as well as single rates of the cost of additional visits of maintenance, maintenance and installation of AK;
- The ranking of places of Bidders of the request for proposals is determined based on a comparison of the Total cost of the tables in the price model (Appendix 2 to the Requirements Specification):
Total Commercial Proposals = Total three-year maintenance payment + Total additional departure sopr. and service. + Total departure of the AK installation;
- The Bidder of the Call for Bidding procedure should not be included in the registers of unscrupulous suppliers posted on the websites http://cbr.ru , http://zakupki.gov.ru .
