Payment terms:The price per unit of Goods should include loading on vehicles, the cost of
delivering the Goods to the destination (Buyer's site).
The payment for the exported Goods is made by transferring funds to the
Seller's settlement account within five banking days from the moment the Buyer receives
the original invoices and the consignment note from the Seller.
The cost is set in Russian rubles (rubles).
Delivery terms:- The export of Goods is carried out on the basis of the Seller's requests submitted to the Buyer no
later than 12 (twelve) hours before the moment of export.
- Availability of valid licenses for the collection, transportation, processing, disposal,
neutralization, disposal of waste of hazard classes I – IV in accordance with paragraph 30 of Part 1 of art.
12 of Federal Law No. 99-FZ dated May 04, 2011 "On Licensing of Certain Types
of Activities" (in terms of those types of activities that are carried out by the Buyer under
a contract, as well as by third parties involved by him), the existence of contracts with
licensed organizations that ensure compliance with environmental
legislation in waste management.
- Availability of own vehicles, special equipment, containers, various/required
volume. Availability of valid passes ensuring unrestricted movement in
the city of Moscow of the Buyer's cargo vehicles under the Contract (or
third parties attracted by him).
- Availability of qualified, certified drivers of automotive equipment.
Work experience of at least 3 years.
The ownership of the Goods and all risks are transferred from the Seller to the Buyer at the time
of transfer (shipment) Of the Goods by the Seller and the signing
of the acceptance certificate by authorized representatives of both Parties. The acceptance certificate is the basis for
mutual settlements between the Seller and the Buyer.
