b) Commercial offer (on the letterhead of the organization, certified by the seal and signature of the person in charge, indicating the cost of each unit of goods in accordance with the Specifications (Appendix No. 1)).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
