Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" invites the organizations to take part in the pre-qualification for the procurement event for the selection of the service provider for repair of faulty, non-warranty equipment (repeaters, repeaters, active antennas, base stations nanoBTS) for 2020-2023. Geography of work: the whole territory of the Russian Federation.

Planned stages of the procurement event:
Phase 1. Formation of a list of potential participants.
Phase 2. Prequalification of participants.
Stage 3. Commercial stage (s) among qualified participants.
Step 4. Selection of winners.
Phase 5. Conclusion of contracts.
To complete Phase 1, please submit the following documents to the e-mail address ESGvozdeva@beeline.ru no later than 10 hours (MSK) on December 24, 2019. (in the subject of the letter you should specify "Name of the organization/Repair of equipment) The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters):
1. Fill in the Participant's Questionnaire by submitting it in PDF format;
2. Fill out the Prospective Supplier Questionnaire in Excel format;
3. Prepare the following documents in PDF format:
- Excerpt from the Unified State Register dated 2019;
- The current version of the charter with current changes;
- Power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the organization;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- The balance sheet or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activity of the organization please provide for closed periods of the current year, as well as the report for the end of previous periods (maximum 3 years).
- Filled file Annex 3 Financial analysis in Excel format
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC "VimpelCom" also means agreement with the terms of Annex 2 "Privacy Statement" and you will bear the liability for failure to comply with the terms of the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law.
Information on further stages will be provided in time no later than December 27, 2019.
After the completion of the pre-qualification, it is planned to hold the commercial stage of the competition among the Participants who will be awarded the status of "qualified". The forecast date of the commercial stage is mid-January 2020.
