Planned stages of procurement activities:
Step 1. Creating a list of potential participants.
Step 2. Prequalification participants.
Stage 3. Commercial stage (s) among qualified participants.
Step 4. Selection of the winners.
Step 5. Contracting.
To pass the Phase 1 must submit the following documents to the e-mail address ESGvozdeva@beeline.ru no later than 10 hours (GMT) on December 24 2019. 1. To fill the Participant, giving in PDF format;
2. Fill in the questionnaire to potential suppliers in Excel format;

3. Prepare separate files in PDF format, the following documents:

- Extract from the register dated 2019;
- The current version of the statute with the current changes;
- Power of attorney or other document authorizing the transfer authority to a person to sign documents on behalf of the organization;
- The certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of entry into the Unified;
- Balance sheet or other documents describing the financial and economic activities of the organization Please provide the closed periods of the year, and a report at the end of the previous period (maximum 3 years).
