Instructions for submitting proposals:
in the file "TK TO CCM 2022", the "Price List" lists contain information on the supply and presentation of services, with reference prices (prices for reference) - the participant makes an offer for EACH position
(PRICES ARE INDICATED WITHOUT VAT)

The "Total result of the competition" sheet contains the necessary summary information on lots, price data excluding VAT. In column C, the final value is displayed (the amount of the cost per Lot, taking into account the coefficient. – after filling in the Column "The proposed cost without VAT, rubles,"from the Price list sheet"), which must be indicated on the ETP for the corresponding Lot - the price is displayed without VAT.
At the stages of rebidding (in the case of an announcement), updated information is also entered from the column with the "TOTAL by lot" sheet after adjusting the values /coefficients.
Confirmation of the FINAL price offer is carried out by the application of the calculation file with the preservation of all sheets.
Name and requirement for downloadable documentation:
General requirements.
Each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- saved to a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing several pages and appendices should also be grouped into one file (for example, the Charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
- the name of each file should indicate its content, the name of the counterparty.

What to upload to the ETP
1. A certified scanned copy of the final proposal "TK TO SKK 2022", each sheet is signed and stamped and signed, in pdf format, one file;
2. Editable version of the file "TK TO SKK 2022", in excel format;
3. A partner's card indicating the current contact details of the person responsible for providing information in this procedure, full name, contact phone number, e-mail – required;
4. The completed and certified file "Qualification requirements" (in case of refusal to accept 1 of these items will be additionally considered for disqualification of the applicant)
5. The Charter. (No IP required)
6.Counterparty verification Questionnaire
7.Additional agreement of the Counterparty's EDI
Documentation from the participant must necessarily meet the general requirements for downloadable documentation
8. An order to the head on the right to sign documents (For sole proprietors is not required)
9. Letters of recommendation from customers

For sole proprietors: In place 5. "Charter" and 8. "Executive order on the right to sign documents" attach an information letter signed and stamped stating that you are an individual entrepreneur and these documents are not required within your type of organization.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
