In addition to the KP, the proposal should include the following legal documents in the composition:
- Certificate of State Registration of legal entity;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;

- decision (order) on appointment to the position of the head of the Organization;
- document confirming the powers of the signatory person on the part of the counterparty;
- document confirming the presence of the organization at the place of registration (certificate of ownership of the premises, lease agreement (sublease), other document);
This RFP is not a contest (announcement of bidding), and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The terms of this RFP and all related documents, as well as the results of meetings and negotiations should be considered by the company as confidential information and information constituting a commercial secret. Such information should only be used for the purpose of responding to RFP. Access to RFP of third parties and/or subcontractors is inadmissible without the prior consent of the organizer.
Any information disclosed by the company in response to this RFP will be considered confidential and will not be used by the organizer in any way that will identify the source of the information.
