ATTENTION!
Filling and uploading of Annexes No. 3 and 4 is mandatory (excel format).

Within an hour after the end of the auction, it is necessary to upload the final Commercial Proposal based on the results of the procedure, indicating: the price submitted on the ETP for each lot in the currency of the procedure without VAT accounting.

The ongoing request for proposals is not a tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations for the Customer at the choice of the Supplier.
