Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Goods shall be paid by the Buyer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date of signing by the parties of the commodity waybill in the warehouse of the Buyer.
Delivery terms:Delivery of products is carried out according to the delivery schedule (October-November-December 2018).

Price including VAT and without VAT for a unit of a lot, rubles.
Terms of payment (Goods are paid by the Buyer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods)
Experience with GC Rusagro, on the market, for years.
Willingness to work under a standard contract and specifications - conclusion of a contract and specifications in the form provided by LLC "RUSAGRO-PRIMORYE" (see attachment).
