Instructions for submitting proposals:
The file "Application" contains sheets, "Price List", "Budget Competition"
The "Price list" contains information on the supply and presentation of services, with Reference prices (prices for reference) - the participant makes an offer for each position.
PRICES ARE INDICATED WITHOUT VAT.
You can specify the maximum prices for materials/ services/works on this sheet.
In lines # 712-723, the following columns must be filled in: 1-if an offer is submitted for the Specified Lot. 0 – an offer for the specified Lot is not submitted
The "Budget Competition" sheet contains the necessary final information on lots, price data excluding VAT, The final value is displayed in column 4 (the amount of the cost per Lot, taking into account the coefficient. – after filling in the "Price per unit" Column from the "Price List"), which must be indicated on the ETP for the corresponding Lot – the price is displayed without VAT.
At the stages of re-bidding, updated information is also entered From Column 4 of the "Competition Budget" sheet after adjusting the costs/coefficients.
Confirmation of the FINAL price offer is carried out by the application of the calculation file with the preservation of all sheets.
Name and requirements for the uploaded documentation:
General requirements.
Each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- it is saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file (for example, the Charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (a PDF file in black and white format);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
- the name of each file should indicate its content, the name of the counterparty.

What to upload to the ETP
1. A certified scanned copy of the final offer "Application", each sheet is signed and stamped and signed, in pdf format, one file;
2. Editable version of the "Application" file, in excel format;
3. A partner's card indicating the current contact details of the person responsible for providing information in this procedure, full name (in full), contact phone number, e-mail-required;
4. A completed and certified file "Qualification requirements" (in case of refusal to accept 1 of these points, it will be additionally considered for disqualification of the applicant)
5. INN, KPP, Charter, current buh. Reporting, a certificate of the average number of employees, Information on the application of the tax system.
6. Counterparty verification questionnaire
7. Additional agreement of the Counterparty's EDI
The documentation from the participant must meet the general requirements for the uploaded documentation..

This procedure for requesting proposals is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
