Payment terms:prices are specified in Russian rubles without VAT, but taking into account all other taxes, fees and duties stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The supplier must put in the price of the goods transportation costs taking into account the delivery to any trucking company Agro-Auto LLC and loading and unloading operations.

Order of Payment: 100% post-payment, deferred payment-30 banking days from the date of invoice, issued in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on the basis of the act signed by both parties with the application to it of the register of performed flights and accounts. (If the executor provided the customer with the originals of correctly issued primary accounting documents).
Payment for the goods is made by cashless transfer of funds to the account of the supplier. The obligation to pay freight forwarding services provided by the supplier to the customer shall be considered executed from the date of debiting the funds from the correspondent account of the customer's bank.

The prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for the period not less than from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019
Delivery terms:detailed technical requirements and requirements are given in the annexes to the procurement documentation [03 specification. docx], [05 form KP. xlsx], which is its integral part. The planned monthly volume is specified in the file [03 specification. docx]. The planned monthly volume can be changed both in large and in a smaller way.

Services must be rendered throughout the Russian Federation, in accordance with the requirements of the annexes to the procurement documentation [03 specification. docx], [05 form KP. xlsx].
