Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Dear suppliers, we draw your attention to the fact that you can repeatedly improve your offers until the end of the application submission.

Necessarily! Prior to the end of the auction, send the following documents to the email address Tatyana.Kucher@x5.ru and upload the following documents to the ETP:
1. signed by the responsible person Appendices # 3, # 6;
2. a completed counterparty card (Appendix No. 2) in electronic Excel format (all items are mandatory, changing the table format is strictly prohibited); You can find instructions for filling in Appendix # 2.1;
3. scanned copy of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation (no later than a month ago at the time of submission);
4. Documents confirming that the spacecraft has sufficient production resources to provide services under the contract:
• information on the average number of employees for 2020 and 1 quarter of 2021;
• staffing table;
• confirmation of payment of salary taxes (personal income tax and contributions to social funds) for 2020 and Q1 2021;
• reports with data on insured persons sent to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, as well as certificates of income of individuals in the form 2-NDFL for 2020 and 1 quarter of 2021; when submitting reports via telecommunications channels, copies with marks of their acceptance or receipts from a special communications operator.
5. Accounting statements of the counterparty for 2020
If the deadline for any of the requested reports has not come up, then send the last submitted document.


This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or tender, and is not subject to the prohibition of Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal entities. obligations with the customer at the choice of the supplier.
