Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

• Documentary confirmation of the generating capacity of facilities for the production of electrical energy (capacity) in the retail market.
• Documentary confirmation of the right to sell electricity (capacity) produced on generating equipment in the retail market.
• Documentary confirmation of the existence of contracts concluded with an electric energy producer in the retail market (for ESCs, agency scheme).
• Submission of a list of constituent entities of the Russian Federation in which ESCs and agents have contracts with an electric energy (capacity) manufacturer in the retail market.


This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or tender, and is not subject to the prohibition of Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal entities. obligations with the customer at the choice of the supplier.
