ATTENTION: Participants who did not send a full package of documents through the B2B-Center system or sent documents that were not filled out in an appropriate manner, as well as Participants who do not meet at least one blocking criterion for qualification selection, according to Appendix [03 Compliance Questionnaire.xlsx] to the procurement documentation are recognized as not meeting the requirements of the documentation and do not participate in further selection.
Questions within the framework of the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted until 17:00 Moscow time on 05.02.2020. (questions can be sent by e-mail konkurs@x5.ru, as well as posted on the electronic platform in the "Clarifications" section). Any questions concerning the bidding procedure shall be submitted by the bidders in writing.
