Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Non-cash form of settlements on the terms of prepayment of not more than 30 (thirty) percent and final settlement of not less than 70 (seventy) percent of the total amount under the delivery agreement between the Supplier and the Contractor
Delivery terms:
The delivery time to the network facility of the entire set of equipment for Thunder and Dixy JSC should not exceed 10 calendar days for "Redesign" facilities and 14 calendar days for "Opening" facilities from the moment the order is placed.(see the documentation for the geography of deliveries)

The Call for Bidding Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from the competition.
