Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" invites organizations to participate in the selection of suppliers for the implementation of a complex of works on the improvement of the territory (asphalting) of the land plot of PJSC "VimpelCom" at the address: Krasnodar, Zipovskaya str., 5.
To apply for participation in the procurement event, you must provide the following completed documents:
1. Documents for participation (A completed template, including 3 documents, signed in word and pdf formats).
2. Auction card (Completed file in Excel format).
3. Confirmation of compliance with tax discipline (Certificate from the tax inspectorate on the absence of arrears in tax reporting and payment of taxes, issued no earlier than 1 month ago).
4. Application for compliance with the qualification requirements (Completed Excel file and signed pdf).
5. Supporting documents specified in the application for compliance with the qualification requirements.
6. Supplier's Certificate of Conformity (signed pdf file).
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
each scanned document should be saved to a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing several pages and appendices should also be grouped into one file.;
each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
The package of documents must be sent to the email address ZM4@rnd.beeline.ru (in the subject of the letter, specify "Name of the participant / Krasnodar asphalt") by 12:00 on August 09, 2022.
The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive).
