Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

30% prepayment and 70% post-payment within 30 calendar days
Delivery terms:
the delivery time for JSC Tander to the facility of the entire set of equipment should not exceed: 10-14 calendar days from the date of placing the order (RD -10 K. days, BO – 14 K. days)
The cost of the products must include delivery to the Customer's facility.
Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

E-Signature is not required
The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.

This procedure for requesting proposals is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
