IMPORTANT! A Bidder who does not meet at least one blocking criterion, according to Appendix [04 Qualification Requirements.xlsx] to the bid documentation, will not be admitted to the next stage of the procurement procedure.
Questions within the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted by 11:00h (Moscow time) on May 30, 2024 (questions can be sent by e-mail konkurs.transport@x5.ru , as well as post it on the e-mail site in the "Explanations" section). All questions on the merits of the procurement procedure must be formalized by the Bidders in writing.
