Ranking of bids

This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or tender, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to select the supplier.
The payment method and terms are a non-cash form of payments, 100% post payment, within 30 calendar days of signing the act of completed works. The price includes all supplier expenses including consumables, spare parts, components, transportation costs, GSM.
The period of cooperation is from July 2019. June 2020, i.e. at least one year.
