The "Application (Lot 1 and Lot 2)" file contains information on the TMC order required, indicative prices, and estimated purchase volumes.
The "Application (Lot 1 and Lot 2)" contains information on the delivery, with prices for the benchmark - the participant makes an offer for each item based on the specifications of the application
PRICES ARE NOT VAT.
You can specify the maximum prices for materials on this sheet.
Column I displays the final value (the amount of the Lot value after filling the Price per Eat Column) that you want to point to the ETP for the relevant Lot — the price is deducted without VAT.
During the retrade stages, an update from Column I is also introduced after value/ratio adjustments.
The Final Price Offer is confirmed by the application of the Application (Lot 1 and Lot 2) file.
Name and requirement for downloadable documentation:
General requirements.
Each electronic document should be:
- easy to read;
- saved to a separate file, while the document containing one page is saved into a separate file, and a document containing multiple pages and applications must also be grouped into one file ( for example, the Charter needs to be scanned into a single file (PDF file in black and white);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
- The name of each file must indicate its content, the name of the counterparty.

What to upload to ETP
1. A certified scan copy of the final sentence "Application (Lot 1 and Lot 2)", each sheet is signed and certified with a print and signature, in pdf format, one file;
2. An editable version of the Application (Lot 1 and Lot 2) file, in excel format;
3. Partner card with the current contact details of the person responsible for providing information in this F.I.O. procedure (full), contact phone, e-mail is required;
4. INN, CAT, Charter, topical buh. Reporting, Average List Reference, Tax Application Information.
5. Counterparty verification questionnaire
6. Counterparty EDO Supplementary Agreement
Participant documentation must meet the general requirements for downloadable documentation.

This procedure of requesting offers is not an auction or a contest, does not fall under Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail a legal obligation with the Customer of choice supplier.
