Dear Bidders.
Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
Acceptance of payment terms: 100% post-payment in 60 calendar days
Warranty obligations of at least 36 months /operating time of 10,000 hours
Guarantee of delivery time for network facilities (TC "Greenhouse", TC "Tikhoretsk", TC "Plastunovskaya") of the total amount of equipment specified in lots 1, 3-10 until 07/29/2024, the delivery time of equipment for lot 2 is 06/17/2024.
Consent to the preservation of the submitted lot prices in case of reduction/division of the total purchased volume according to the tender between the Bidders (division of volumes within one lot is not provided for). The agreement to save the contractual counterparty prices for the lot in the event of a reduction/division of the total purchased volume according to the tender between the bidders (division of volumes within one lot is not provided for)
Ready to start deliveries from 06/01/2024
The price fixing period is until 12/31/2024 in rubles
Consent of the Contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the contract in the editorial office of JSC Tander without any edits on the part of the Contractual Counterparty

Requirements for testing laboratories:
- The lighting testing laboratory must be independent (not affiliated with the Bidder being tested) - the testing laboratory (IL) is not connected either administratively or financially with manufacturers or suppliers of the tested lighting equipment participating in the competition, i.e. with anyone who could influence the laboratory's activities due to interest in the test results.
- The lighting testing laboratory must be "accredited" - means that the IL has a certificate of rosaccreditation in accordance with Federal Law No. 412-FZ "On accreditation in the national accreditation system". The laboratory must be accredited in the field of lighting tests of lighting devices conforming to GOST 54350. If the Laboratory does not have certification in the relevant field at the time of testing, the submitted protocol will not be accepted for consideration.
- Test reports from own lighting laboratories are not accepted for consideration.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
