Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
Acceptance of payment terms: 30% advance payment, 70% post-payment in 30 calendar days.
The guarantee of the delivery time for the objects of the network (the store of JSC Tander format MM+) of the entire set of equipment not exceeding 10-14 calendar days from the date of placing the order (RD -10 k. d., BO – 14 calendar days)
Consent to keep the submitted prices in case of reduction/division of the total purchased volume between the Bidders
Readiness to start deliveries to network facilities from 01.01.2024
The price fixing period is from 01.01.2024 to 01.04.2024 in rubles
Mandatory execution of lighting calculations for the supply of service stations free of charge and on their own. The deadline for the lighting calculation for the delivery of service stations to the facility should not exceed 3 working days without restrictions on the number of calculations per day
Consent of the Contractual counterparty to the signing of the standard form of the contract in the editorial office of JSC Tander without any edits by the Contractual Counterparty
Consent to work with the gene. Contractors of JSC Tander (not a direct contract with JSC Tander)
Production capacity per month of typical facilities, pcs (specify the production capacity that you can allocate and maintain/guarantee throughout the entire period of the solution's validity directly for the needs of JSC Tander)
The company's existence period is at least 3 years, attach an extract of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities
Experience working with large projects (provide letters of recommendation, photos from installation sites or portfolios, etc.)
Consent of the Bidder to disclose the results of testing of luminaires in independent laboratories
Consent of Contractual Counterparty to provide test reports from independent lighting laboratories to confirm the lighting characteristics you have declared in accordance with the Requirements Specification prior to summing up the results of the competition.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
