Comments: We invite you to take part in the Pre-Qualification Selection (PCO) for the Comprehensive Lifting and Loading Equipment Service Provider (CTO) for distribution centers (RCs) of the Pyatyorochka Trade Network (hereinafter referred to as Customer).
Pre-qualified companies will be invited to a closed electronic bidding process to select the supplier (s) of CTO PPT for the specified RCs.
The Competition is not a Competition (form of bidding) provided for by Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Competition is a Proposal Contest (invitation to make offers).

Attach to your application the completed Appendix 3 and Appendix 4 (in Excel format), as well as all the necessary documents specified in Appendix 3.
• The Company's lack of tax claims, litigation with clients for failure to complete work, substandard work, breach of contractual obligations participant.
• The Company has the competence and expertise to carry out the work according to the technical specification.
• The services provided must comply with the regulations and requirements of the Russian Federation legislation regarding this type of service, and must be certified in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
• The Client shall provide the participating companies to review and decide on the readiness of signing a template service contract, which is mandatory in the TS5 version for cooperation (the contract is contained in Appendix 5 to this Invitation). The final version of the contract for signature can be adjusted by TS5.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
