We require an application for participation in the prescribed form (Appendix 2) and all the necessary documentation (p. 10 of annex 1) structure providing information (annex 3) a single archive (p. 9 of annex 1)
Note that the irregularities identified during the application process, may constitute grounds for refusing such qualification application.
