Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

ATTENTION!
Filling in and uploading Appendices No. 3 and 4 is mandatory (excel format).

Within an hour after the end of the auction, it is necessary to download the final Commercial offer based on the results of the procedure, indicating: the price submitted on the E-Marketplace for each lot in the currency of the procedure, excluding VAT.

The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer at the option of the Supplier.
