The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment after completion of work, advance payment is not provided. The term of payment within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the Act of all work and services performed by both parties without comment
Delivery terms:Execution of work on the Customer's requests during the term of the contract.
