The participant must complete and upload by 5 pm (Moscow time) on November 12, 2020 all documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements [03 Qualification requirements.xlsx].

Participants can submit orders for one or several lots, and it is mandatory to submit an order for all positions within the selected lot (s).
Questions within the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted until 16:00 (Moscow time) on November 12, 2020. Any questions concerning the bidding procedure shall be submitted by the bidders in writing.
