To conduct a comparative analysis of Starwind in the media field:
- Media index in comparison with potential competitors (to determine independently). Inter-val January 2023-October 2023
- to give an expert assessment of Starwind's media activity in comparison with competitors.
- to propose a brief concept of brand promotion in 2024.


The organizer of the Call for Bidding has the right to refuse to conduct a request for proposals at any stage, without incurring any liability to the Bidders of the Call for Bidding procedure or third parties to whom such action may cause losses.
