Comments:
participants ' visit to the site in Omsk is obligatory.
Requirements for requests and participants of the request:
1. Availability of relevant valid licenses (membership in SRO) to perform activities within the framework of this project. The contest documentation should include scanned versions of the documents.
2. Experience in design and implementation of similar projects, as well as their successful implementation and surrender of objects completed construction in operation. The participant provides the information on the realized projects with the indication of contact telephones of the customer.
3. Availability of a sufficient number of qualified, certified personnel to perform the whole set of works.
4. All prices in the offer should include all taxes and other obligatory payments, the cost of all related services.
5. Composition of the tender Documentation:
5.1. Commercial offer (in the form of the Cordillera-east). Must include 3 design options.
5.2. Participant's questionnaire,
5.4. Extract from the Egrul (issued no later than 1 month before the application for participation)
5.5. Scanned licenses (see item 1)
5.6. Qualification of Employees

This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
If the executor takes part in the bidding, then he agrees in case of announcement by the winner to conclude the contract on the form of JSC "Kordiant-Vostok".
