Payment terms:Payment of the Contractor's services for manufacturing each batch of "Products" shall be made in Russian rubles by bank transfer to the settlement account of the Contractor within 20 (twenty) business days from the date of receipt of the "Products" to the Customer. The beginning of the payment period is the date of a mark about the acceptance of the "Product" by the Customer in the Contractor's consignment note or in the acceptance / delivery certificate.
Delivery terms:According to the Agreement.

Comments:
The participant must attach the following documents to his application:
1. Certificate of registration (TIN).
2. A copy of the VAT declaration for the last reporting period (all completed pages).
3. A copy of the income tax return for the last reporting period (all completed pages).
4. A copy of the financial statements for the last reporting period (Balance Sheet and Statement of Financial Results).
5. Information on the average number of employees for the previous calendar year (form on KPI 1110018).
6. Information on the presence / absence of property, plant and equipment in the ownership or lease (if the OS in the ownership - acts in the form of OS-1, if the OS in the lease - a report from 1C: Accounting: Revolving balance sheet under the account "001 Leased fixed assets", an extract from the Unified State Unitary Enterprise (EGRP) in respect of the real estate object).
7. Copies of documents confirming the availability of fixed assets, equipment, warehouses (documents of ownership, leases, acts of acceptance and transfer to lease contracts, payment orders confirming the payment of rent).
8. Copy of the certificate of state registration (OGRN assignment).
9. A copy of the protocol and / or decision on the establishment (creation) of the company.
10. A copy of the minutes and / or decisions confirming the powers of the director of the current transaction as of the date of the transaction.
11. Copy of the order on the assumption of the post of director.
12. A copy of the passport of the director.
13. Copy of the current charter (all pages).
14. A copy of the order to the chief accountant and a copy of his passport or an order that the General Director accepted the duties of chief accountant for himself.
15. A copy of the bank card.

Produced products - overalls.
The volumes will be agreed upon additionally.

Requirements to production capacity, to personnel, to the organization of the production process in the attached documentation.
