Условия оплаты:Prices are indicated in Russian rubles excluding VAT, taking into account other taxes, duties and other necessary expenses of the Supplier for this type of product/service.

Contract for the provision of warehousing services:
payment for services within 20 (Twenty) banking days on the basis of the act of acceptance and delivery of services provided signed by the Parties for the reporting period.
Условия поставки:Detailed technical requirements and volumes of demand are given in the Appendices to the Bid Documentation:
[04 Terms of Reference.doc], [05 Form КП.xlsx ].

The planned volume is specified in the file [05 Form КП.xlsx ]. The planned volume can be changed both up and down.

Place and term of the partner's obligations:
Due date of the partner's obligations - The Services are provided daily (including weekends and holidays) on the basis of a written bid.
The partner's place of fulfillment of obligations is the Platform CDK

Comments:
Bidders need to submit tariffs for all items in the lot according to the file [05 Form КП.xlsx ].

The period of cooperation is 3 years.

To participate, you must fill out and attach to your bid by 16:00 Moscow time on February 15, 2024 all the documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements of [03 Qualification Requirements.xlsx].

All documents must contain the name of the document.

Please note: Bidders who have not sent a complete package of documents through the B2B-Center Platform system or who have sent documents filled out incorrectly, as well as Bidders who do not meet at least one of the criteria listed in Appendix [03 qualification requirements.xlsx], are not allowed to the 2nd stage of the procedure and do not participate in further selection.

Questions within the procedure are accepted until 15:00 (Moscow time) 02/15/2024 (questions can be sent through the "B2B-Center Platform" system (www.b2b-center.ru ), and also send by e-mail Konkurs@x5.ru ).

This procedure is a request for information, is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the prohibition of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the customer to choose a supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
