Comments: As part of this stage, the Bidder must complete and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements (Appendix No. 4 Qualification Requirements).
Bidders can submit bids for one, several or all lots (in the Form of Commercial Proposal No. 1), it is mandatory to submit an bid for all items within the selected lot (in the Form of Commercial Proposal No. 2).
When placing a tariff in the Form of Commercial Proposal No. 1, it is also necessary to fill out the Commercial Proposal Form No. 2
Questions within the framework of stage #1 of the procurement procedure are accepted until 15:00h (Moscow time) 02.02.2024.
