Payment terms:Prices are indicated in rubles of the Russian Federation without VAT, but taking into account all other taxes, fees and duties provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Payment procedure: 100% post-payment. Within 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of rendered services, if there is an invoice of the Contractor, executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on the basis of the act of rendered services signed by both Parties with the register of completed flights and the invoice attached to it.

Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period of at least 1 year.
Delivery terms:Place and term of the partner's obligations:
On the territory of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the requirements of the Bid Documentation appendices [03 Technical задание.doc ].

Detailed technical requirements and volumes of demand are given in the Appendices to the Bid Documentation.:

Comments:
The Bidder, by 16:00 Moscow time on March 11, 2024, must complete and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 of the RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements of [04 Qualification Requirements.xlsx].

All documents must contain the name of the document.

Bidders can submit bids for one, several or all lots (in the Form of Commercial Proposal No. 1), it is mandatory to submit an bid for all items within the selected lot (in the Form of Commercial Proposal No. 2).

(!) When the tariff is affixed in the Form of Commercial Proposal No. 1 for directions to Kaliningrad:
– it is also necessary to fill out the Commercial Proposal Form No. 2, item 1 "Execution of documents by the Contractor (on any route to Kaliningrad)".
When placing a tariff in the Form of Commercial Proposal No. 1 for directions with the "DRY" container type:
– it is also necessary to fill out the Commercial Proposal Form No. 2, item 2 "Dry container insulation service (on any route)".

The planned volume given in [05 Form КП.xlsx ] can be changed both up and down.

Bidders who have not sent a complete package of documents through the B2B-Center Platform system or who have sent documents filled out incorrectly, as well as Bidders who do not meet at least one of the qualification selection criteria specified in Appendix No. 4, are recognized as not meeting the documentation requirements and do not participate in further selection.

Questions within the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted by 15:00 (Moscow time) on March 11, 2024 (questions can be sent by e-mail konkurs@x5.ru , as well as post it on the e-mail site in the "Explanations" section). All questions on the merits of the procurement procedure must be formalized by the Bidders in writing.

In case of refusal to participate in the procedure, BE SURE to inform about it, indicating the reason, by 16:00 (Moscow time) on March 11, 2024 to the address Konkurs@x5.ru .
