Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Dear participants!
1. We ask you to place all questions on the current request for proposals in the Explanations tab.
2. Offers are accepted via the B2B-Center ETP
3. At this stage, the following set of documents is required from the agencies:
but. A presentation that includes a portfolio of implemented BTL projects, promo or advertising campaigns for bookmaker companies or for sports organizations (or in the field of sports). A portfolio of at least 5 completed cases is confirmed (also confirmed by excerpts from signed contracts for work similar to the subject of purchase).
b. Price list for the main typical types of work/services (in the form of an agency);

4. Based on the results of the analysis of the provided portfolios and the provided confirmations, a pool of participants will be formed for invitation to a closed procedure.
5. According to the results of the closed procedure, at least 3 winners will be selected with the right to sign a Contract for the provision of BTL services, promotional activities, etc. The scope of work will be distributed at the discretion of the Customer and depending on the free resources of the Contractor
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Сейчас идет согласование бюджета на 2022 г.,
поэтому вынуждены отменить закупку, кот. началась
в 2021 г., т.к не будет соответствовать бюджету 22
г. Предмет закупки актуален для нас, поэтому
откроем новый запрос в ближайшее время. Участники
с понравившимися в этом запросе предложениями
будут приглашены нами для участия . Запрос будет
также открытым, поэтому каждый может подать свое
предложение.
