Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

To the attention of potential suppliers: submitted proposals can be improved more than once before bid closing date.

• Be sure to Fill in the form of the participant (appendix № 3) and the Counterparty card (Appendix № 4), before the end of the bidding to download the documents to the ETP and send an e-mail to Ekaterina.Tyutkova@x5.ru.
• Be sure to Fill in all tender positions without exception in the application-specification (annex № 1 to this invitation).
• To specify the cost for each position without VAT, taking into account advertising and design services, photo-reporting, expenses of the Agency (expenses on RK, Commission, etc.).
• After the end of the bidding, send a signed confirmation of the offer (Appendix № 1 (Application-specification)) to the e-mail. Address: Ekaterina.Tyutkova@x5.ru.
