Each participant must attach the following documents to their application:
• Balance sheet forms 1 and 2.
• RSV reference for 2021.
• Appendix No. 3 – Participant questionnaire form in Excel format
• Appendix No. 4 - Counterparty card in Excel format
• A letter of guarantee about the availability of all opportunities for advertising customers in any store of the vehicle "Pyaterochka" (in all regions of the Russian Federation where there are stores of the vehicle "Pyaterochka").
• A letter of guarantee on the availability of opportunities to provide customers with a full cycle of advertising on the network (production of pos materials, design, installation / dismantling, monitoring, organization of btl promotions).
• Provision of a letter of guarantee of readiness to sign a contract with a minimum amount of the revenue budget of 10,000,000 rubles per year.
