Mandatory conditions:
1 Agreement with the terms of payment: 30% advance payment, 70% post-payment after 30 days.
2 The guarantee of the delivery period for the objects of the network (the store of JSC Thunder - MM, MK, MA, B1, MK Blink, the stores of JSC Dixy) of the entire set of equipment not exceeding 10-14 calendar days from the date of placing the order (RD -10 KD, BO – 14 KD)
3 Consent to maintain the submitted prices in case of reduction/division of the total purchased volume between the participants of the tender
4 Readiness to start deliveries to network facilities from 11/15/2023
5 Price fixing period from 15.11.2023 to 15.11.2024 in rubles
6 Mandatory execution of lighting calculations for the supply of service stations free of charge and on their own. The deadline for the execution of the lighting calculation for the delivery of the service station to the facility should not exceed 3 working days without restrictions on the number of calculations per day
7 The consent of the SC to sign the standard form of the contract in the editorial office of JSC Thunder and JSC Dixie without any edits on the part of the SC
8 Consent to work with gen. Contractors of JSC Thunder and JSC Dixie (not a direct contract with JSC Thunder and JSC Dixie)
9 Production capacity per month of standard facilities, pcs (specify the production capacity that you can allocate and maintain/guarantee throughout the entire period of the solution's validity directly for the needs of JSC Thunder and JSC Dixy)
10 The company's existence period is at least 3 years, attach an extract of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities
11 Experience working with large projects (provide letters of recommendation, photos from installation sites or portfolios, etc.)
12 The consent of the participant of the competition to the disclosure of the results of testing of lamps in independent laboratories
13 The CA's consent to provide test reports from independent lighting laboratories to confirm the lighting characteristics declared by the VA in accordance with the TOR before summing up the results of the competition.
14 Confirm familiarization and agreement with the terms of Appendix No. 7
15 Confirm familiarization with the instructions
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated participants
