Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% non-cash payment on delivery with at least 30 bank days deferred payment, longer payment deferral period is welcome, payment days are Tuesday/Thursday.
If prepayment is requested, one of the TOP 10 banks must provide a bank guarantee for the amount of prepayment
Delivery terms:Delivery to the buyer's warehouse and pickup from the supplier's warehouse according to the buyer's requests during 2021.

- Possibility to provide security measures (bank guarantee) if the offer is subject to partial or full prepayment. RUB incl. VAT The supplier/contractor must provide a bank guarantee with a bank from the Top 10 based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. To confirm it is necessary to support the bank's letter of readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of the advance payment.
Copies of the documents specified in the request must be attached to the offer.
The proposed prices are fixed until 30.06.2021.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
