Auto-extension

Payment terms:100% cashless payment upon delivery with a deferred payment of at least 30 banking days, a longer deferred payment period is welcome, payment days are Tuesday/Thursday.
In case of prepayment request, it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee from one of the TOP-10 banks for the amount of prepayment
Delivery terms:Delivery to the buyer's warehouse and pickup from the supplier's warehouse at the request of the buyer during 2022.

Comments:
The commercial offer must specify:
- Spare parts delivery time in calendar days from the date of submission of the application;
- Payment terms;
- The validity period of the offer;
- Readiness to work under the standard contract of Rusagro Group of Companies;
- Warranty period;
- Warehouse addresses;
- The possibility of providing interim measures (bank guarantee) in the event that the commercial offer provides for a partial or full prepayment. In the case of an advance payment of more than 1,000,000 RUB incl. VAT Supplier/Contractor must provide a bank guarantee with a top-10 bank based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. For confirmation, you must confirm a letter from the bank stating that you are ready to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of the advance payment.
Copies of the documents specified in the request must be attached to the offer.
The offered prices are fixed until 30.12.2021.
