Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Non–cash payment in the order of 100% upon completion of delivery with a delay in payment of at least 10 banking days, a longer delay in payment is welcome, payment days are Tuesday/Thursday.
In case of claim for prepayment, it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee of one of the TOP 10 banks for the amount of prepayment.

Delivery to the buyer's warehouse and pickup from the supplier's warehouse at the buyer's bids during 2023.

Comments: 1. This competitive procedure for the selection of a Supplier is directed in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without explanation, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to select several winners, dividing the lot at its discretion and without explanation among several potential suppliers-Bidders of the competitive procedure.
3. The standard contract is sent for signature to the Winner(s) determined during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is conducted by the Organizer of the competitive procedure after the end of this procedure on the electronic trading platform B2B-center.
4. The Organizer sends the template of the model contract to interested potential suppliers upon additional request
5. The Bidder of this procedure sends a Commercial Offer on the official letterhead of the organization.
6. An organization/documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the Bid Notice may be rejected by the Organizer without explanation and recognized as this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, does not comply with the requirements of this competitive procedure.
