- The calculation will be made for the fact that the fulfillment of all obligations under the contract after the signing of the Act of the executed works and to provide to the Bank all artifacts arising during the execution of the works (program code, scripts, reports, instructions, documentation and etc.);
Delivery terms:the place and time of performance of the obligations of the partner:
- Work is carried out both on the territory of the Bank, or remotely;
- Deadlines shall be stipulated depending on the amount of ongoing work.

This procedure is not a contest, it not is governed by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
