Issuance of certificates of conformity to the quality management system in accordance with GOST R ISO 9001-2015 and GOST R ISO 14001-2016, in the field of architectural and construction design for industrial and non-industrial construction facilities, including particularly hazardous, technically complex and unique facilities (except for nuclear power facilities).

Services must be provided in full according to the Requirements Specification:
- Conducting an initial audit;
- Issuance of certificates of conformity to the quality management system in accordance with GOST R ISO 9001-2015 and GOST R ISO 14001-2016;
- Conducting a subsequent annual audit.

Terms of service: within 70 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Requirements for the contractor and the quality of services.
The organization issuing certificates must be accredited by the Federal Accreditation Service (Rosaccreditation) for the right to conduct audits according to GOST R ISO 9001-2015 and GOST R ISO 14001-2016 standards.
Certificates GOST R ISO 9001-2015 and GOST R ISO 14001-2016 must be issued in Russian and in English.

The technical and commercial proposal, without fail, must contain the following information (sample Technical and Commercial Proposal in the "Documents" section):
1. The composition of the service (according to the Requirements Specification).
2. The cost of the service.
3. Terms of payment (advance payment is possible under BG).
4. Term of rendering.

Appendices to the Technical and Commercial Proposal (the presence of the following documents is MANDATORY):
1. Work experience (a letter on the letterhead of the organization with information on the performance of similar work for the previous three years).
2. Resource reference (a sample of the resource reference is loaded in the documents).
3. Copies of permits confirming the possibility of providing this type of service (accreditation with Rosaccreditation).

Pay attention to item 4 of the Requirements Specification "Other provisions" (information on this item should be indicated in the Technical and Commercial Proposal).

Accreditation.
Your company needs to submit documents and go through the B2B accreditation procedure (organized by Slavyansk ECO LLC, accreditation number 1091 (IP) or 1093 (Law firm).
