Settlements under the Agreement are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 30-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the Act of work performed, services rendered ( Form No. Н-А4), subject to the timely submission of an invoice (or UPD).
The payment term under the contract is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is established in the contract concluded with him (the preferred value of the payment term is 60 calendar days).
The decision on choosing a winner will be made on the most favorable terms for PJSC TATNEFT using a financial calculator (Appendix No. 7).
Delivery terms:From the date of conclusion of the contract (but no later than 01.05.2020) to 03.30.2020
