Payment terms:Deferred payment of at least 45 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the consignee's warehouse in Yaroslavl, st. Soviet 81.
Delivery terms:Delivery time January 2021.
Transportation costs for the delivery of goods to the buyer's warehouse (St. Yaroslavl, st. Soviet 81) is fully borne by the Supplier (mandatory condition).

Comments:
1. The Participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in the prescribed manner and having the rights of a System Participant.
2. All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4. If the supplier participates in the auction, then he agrees, if declared the winner, to conclude a supply agreement according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out the delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
