2. The recommended expiration period of the Offer is not less than 30 calendar days from the day after the deadline of the submission of Entries;
3. The mandatory requirement is to have certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods;
4. Mandatory requirement — supplying the price proposal signed by the authorized person and the seal of the organization;
5. At the same time as the proposal is submitted, it is mandatory to provide the documents specified in the attached "List of Documents";
6. Participation in the procurement procedure can be contacted for clarification of the individuals identified in the notice and the procurement documents. Including advice on site registration, various methods and procedures for submitting proposals;
7. Please note that this request is not a type of tender/auction/public offer and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447—449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation Federations. When making a price/quote request, the invitation to participate together with the documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Procurement Procurement Organizer; the request is an offer from a potential bidder. The Organizer has no obligation to conclude a contract based on its results.
