| Delivery terms: | To complete the works with all the materials necessary for the performance of construction and installation works, in strict accordance with the technological sequence of construction and installation works, within the time limits established by the calendar plan and schedule of work.
In the process of performing the work, organize timely visits to the facility and acceptance of completed works by the Customer's representatives in accordance with the Order on the appointment of responsible persons (geodetic works, SMR, survey of hidden works and fixing volumes) with mandatory entry of appropriate entries in the General Work Log (form KS-6).
Upon completion of the work stages, timely transfer the executive documentation for consideration and signing to the Customer's representatives. The contractor draws up the executive documentation throughout the entire period of production of the CMP in accordance with the SNiP and transfers it to the Customer in full upon completion of the construction of the facility.
At all stages of the work, geodetic support of construction should be carried out with the phased compilation of geodetic executive schemes and acts and their timely submission for consideration and approval to the Customer.
To transfer the dismantled equipment to the Customer.
All work must be performed in accordance with the regulatory and technical documentation (NTD): SNiP, PUE; guidance documents; industry standards, etc. documents.
All changes in design decisions must be agreed with the Customer and the project organization before the start of work.
Fulfillment of all technical specifications issued by interested enterprises and organizations in accordance with design decisions.
The Contractor receives all necessary approvals from third-party organizations arising in the course of work, as well as obtaining an Act of admission to the Rostechnadzor SZ independently. |
